* Must bring gum shield and head guard (active fighters/sparring only)

All abilities

A class geared towards creating a health-conscious squad (ages 11-16 years). A class for mixed both girls and boys of all abilities aimed at  improving fitness, confidence, attitude and skill in boxing. It involves pad and bag work, one2one training in the ring. Teens will learn how to throw punches and combinations with maximum power and efficiency, whilst covering appropriate footwork and working on quick movement in a fast paces fun, friendly atmosphere.
