Our bootcamp class if a 60 minute work out and can be anything from ass, abs, legs, cardio, hiit or weights. Every class is difference and a guaranteed high calorie burner. This class will take you through a series of conditioning exercises and weight exercises using the prowler, kettle bells, weights - think lunges, squats, sit-ups and leg pulses — before a thorough warm-down, leaving you feeling well-stretched.
