MetCon: The metcon CrossFit workout is an umbrella term for exercises that engage your metabolic pathways. That can look like a variety of different exercises from Olympic lifts to endurance runs, but it most often refers to circuit training that combines elements of both strength work and cardio. This class is designed to help you get in shape and build fitness through conditioning workouts with a mix of barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells and body weight exercises.
